Do you know why I chose to be a weight loss coach? The reason might surprise you….

Nope, it’s not because I’m that interested in your weight… In fact, I don’t think your weight defines who you are as a person at all (even though you might think that now)!
I do it for 2 reasons.
The first was because I have been you. I have been completely insecure about my body. It changed the way I showed up in this world, how I talked to myself, how I approached my romantic relationships, etc.
All that energy I spent gaining and losing the same pounds over and over again, worrying about how I looked, and obsessing about food kept me from the life I really wanted! It kept me in regret, stress, and frustration. Instead of confidence, possibility, and ease.
I don’t want that for you.
The second reason is that when I work with women on their weight, we unpack all their bullshit stories. Because those thoughts that have you turning to food (you know like “I deserve it, it’s been a hard day…” or “I’m never going to lose weight...why can’t I keep the weight off?”)….they show up in other areas of your life too.
But when I teach you how to manage your mind, you stop using food for the job, and your body weight normalizes. And these mindset skills...they work on all the other areas I was talking about.
The time you spend stressing about your body and food?? Now it gets used for way more fun stuff!
Because ultimately, what I really want….like really, really want...is a world full of confident, badass women! And if I can be any part of that change for you, sign me up!
