What if it were easy?

 

What if the reason you are struggling with weight loss is that you’re making it too hard?

Cutting out carbs, dairy, grains, gluten….and who knows what else?!

What if you just worked on your consistency? What if you decided to make it easier and stop quitting?

Most of us groan when we think about it taking 6 months to lose our weight….we want it faster! But think about how fast the last 6 months have gone?? If you hadn’t started and stopped you would be DONE by now.

Small, incremental improvements done consistently is what will get you there.

Don’t give up! Start at your next meal and ask yourself what tiny improvement you can make. And when you’ve done that, do it again at the next meal. And the next. 😉
